Auto-Trail has significantly extended its Expedition campervan range for the 2026 season, and overhauled its Imala motorhome range, which is now exclusively low-profile only.
Spec improvements include a Truma 200W solar panel included on all models, except two of the smallest campervans, which can only fit a 120W panel, and the Expedition Coachbuilt range, where the 200W panel is a cost option.
Truma’s CombiNeo heating system, offering continuous hot water, is now also included in all Expedition Coachbuilt and Imala models.
A new warmer San Marco furniture colour is also included in the V-Line campervans and all motorhomes except Expedition Coachbuilt models.
Within campervans, new models in the Expedition range include two new 6.36m-long vans. The Expedition 68 XL (from £57,563) has beds at the back designed so that anyone up to 6ft 3in height can now sleep lengthways, and the Expedition XL Flex (from £59,363) has an electric drop-down bed at the back.

There’s a new shorter Expedition van too – the 5.41m-long Expedition 54 (from £52,595), a two-berth campervan with a shower and toilet.
The standard Expedition 68 has had its layout revised, with the sink moved further forward to allow for a longer nearside bed and more storage space.

In other campervan ranges, all V-Line Sport models have had their rear boot made 10cm deeper and 5cm higher, while the V-Line 635 SE now comes with a microwave, locker and small workspace behind the driver’s seat.
The two Adventure campervan models now come with a new Thetford oven and grill, plus black reading lights with integrated USB ports.
All campervans that include the optional pop-up roof now come with a table that can be folded away to make room for a ladder.
Within motorhomes, the Imala range has a new exclusively low-profile shape with a sunroof, new rear light clusters and revised exterior graphics. The new low-profile only shape means all four models in the range now come with an optional electric drop-down bed above the front lounge.

Inside, there are new indigo locker bases and a new design kitchen splashback. Soft close drawers and lockers doors are fitted everywhere, and a 142-litre Thetford slimline fridge has been installed.

The four Expedition Coachbuilt models get soft-close upper locker doors, new upholstery, and a reversing camera included within the optional Pioneer radio with 9-inch touchscreen.
And the three Frontier and one Grande Frontier models now come with a new design washroom.
Another manufacturer to be releasing information about its new season launches is Laika. The Italian brand has unveiled a sporty Kosmo campervan, which has 18-inch alloys and Fiat’s 180bhp as standard, while its Ecovip range is also inspired by the automotive style.
