A campervan with completely removable seats has just been added to Panama range

A campervan with four seats in the back that can be completely removed to allow for an extra large storage space is among two new models being added to Panama’s range.

The new additions join a range which only launched a couple of seasons ago, yet one that has already won acclaim, most recently through the hybrid P10E, which we named the best campervan for everyday use at the last Practical Motorhome Awards

The only bed you’ll find in the new P50+ – based, like all other Panama models, on the Ford Tourneo Custom – is the double in the rising roof. Behind the cab are four individual cab-style seats, all of which have Isofix fittings and can be either moved forward and back on a rail or completely removed.

The 5.44m-long van still manages to include a side kitchen with a clip-on table which can be accessed by the swivelled cab seats and the front two seats in the rear. There are also large tambour cupboards and drawers towards the rear on the driver side.

At the same time, Panama is launching the P12+, similar to the existing P12 but on a longer wheelbase, so it comes in at 5.44m rather than 5.04m.

Like the P12, the P12+ has a three-seat rear bench that includes two Isofix points. This can be slid forward on a rail to create more storage space, and can also be folded out to create a second double bed, in addition to the one in the rising roof. There is also a side kitchen with a clip-on table, and cupboards in the rear.

Both vans run on the 2.0-litre, 136PS Tourneo turbo-diesel engine, and come with an 8-speed automatic gearbox as standard.

Panama is sold exclusively in the UK by Marquis Leisure, and both new models will be on display at the 2026 Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show at the NEC later this month.

Other brands that will be debuting new models at the February NEC Show include Bailey, which has added the 79-4F and the 79-4XT to its Autograph range. Two new rear lounge motorhomes from Mobilvetta are also set to be on display on the Marquis Leisure stand, too.
